At Preston Ribble Methodist Circuit, we are committed to championing equality, diversity and inclusion.
Our staff and key volunteers have completed EDI training. This is a free online course run by the Methodist Church, and we encourage anyone to complete the course for themselves. The course can be completed in small chunks, and your progress will be saved, then a certificate will be issued at the end.
Members of staff and circuit stewards involved in recruitment within our circuit also undertake unconscious bias training, which is another free course open to anyone.

In our circuit, each of our churches will have its own approach to EDI, although we do have a whole-circuit policy which can be downloaded from our resources page.
